1. Digital Products We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at j@adesignlifestyle.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will work to make it right, including issuing a refund if appropriate.

2. Physical Products Physical items (such as merchandise) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return or request a refund, please email us at j@adesignlifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 7 business days.
